光纖的敷設方式和要求

室外光纖大多以松套管作為纖芯容器，室內光線則多以緊套式敷設，大芯數光纖的纖芯也有以帶狀方式進行組合敷設光纖纖芯。

光纖的敷設要求：

1. 光纖的彎曲半徑至少為光纖外徑的15倍;

2. 布放光纖時，光纖盤轉動應與布放速度同步;

3. 布放光纖時，光纖出盤處要保持鬆弛的弧度，並保留適當的緩衝餘量;

4. 光纖在兩端預留長度為5-10米;

5. 敷設光纖時應做好標籤，並填好放線記錄;

6. 所有光纖不應外露。

Fiber laying methods and requirements

Most of the outdoor optical fibers are loose-tubed as the core container, and the indoor light is mostly laid in a tight-fitting manner. The core of the large-core optical fiber is also combined in a strip-like manner to lay the optical fiber core.

Fiber laying requirements:

1. The bend radius of the fiber is at least 15 times the outer diameter of the fiber;

2. When the fiber is laid, the rotation of the fiber tray should be synchronized with the deployment speed;

3. When laying the fiber, keep the slack in the fiber exit and keep the proper buffer margin;

4. The length of the fiber is 5-10 meters at both ends;

5. When laying the fiber, make a label and fill in the line record;

6. All fibers should not be exposed.
